Raldex’s leadership team combines extensive industry experience with passionate team members who love setting the standard for others to follow.
In 1996 after attending The University of Georgia on a Full Athletic Scholarship for swimming, Chad began his hotel career as an Assistant General Manager with StudioPLUS hotels.
Since 2008, Chad has been a General Manager in Florence, SC for Raldex Hospitality. Initially hired as a General Manager to complete a conversion of their Hampton Inn to a Baymont Inn & Suites, he then in late 2009, assumed the role of General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at the Florence Civic Center. In December of 2012, Chad became the General Manager of the Hilton Garden in Florence. He kept that hotel in the top 5% of the brand and was named General Manager of the Year by the brand in 2015.
In 2017 Patterson became Vice President of Raldex and in 2024 he assumed the position of CEO & President and continues to uphold the values and mission of Raldex.
